Mein Name ist Daniel Weißenfels, ich bin 23 Jahre alt, komme ursprünglich aus dem Norden von Rheinland-Pfalz und studiere Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Automatisierungstechnik jeweils im Master an der RWTH Aachen.
Was macht aixsolution für dich aus?
Ich finde aixsolution ist die beste Möglichkeit, wenn man während des Studiums Beratungserfahrung sammeln möchte. Die Kombination aus Professionalität im Umgang mit den Kunden und dem typischen Wesen eines Vereins, in dem man mit vielen Mitgliedern befreundet ist, gefällt mir besonders gut. Man hat also großen Spaß, kann aber auch sowohl beruflich als auch persönlich lernen, wie man die vielen Herausforderungen meistert.
Deine Aufgabe bei aixsolution?
Ich bin 1. Vorstandsvorsitzender und Vorstand für Sales & Network und Human Resources. Das heißt, ich repräsentiere den Verein nach außen, vertrete aixsolution e.V. im BDSU und stehe in engem Austausch mit den Vertretern der anderen studentischen Unternehmensberatungen. Außerdem kümmere ich mich um unsere Kunden und Partner sowie um das Recruiting und vereinsinterne Veranstaltungen.

Hey, mein Name ist Sara Eichholz, ich bin 23 Jahre alt und komme aus der Nähe von Düsseldorf. Ich studiere Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau im Master an der RWTH Aachen. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich gerne sportlich oder in dem ein oder anderen Café.
Was macht aixsolution für Dich aus?
An aixsolution schätze ich das familiäre und freundschaftliche Umfeld in Kombination mit der Möglichkeit sich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln und seine Komfort-Zone zu verlassen. Man kann seine Ideen einbringen, Verantwortung übernehmen und seine Soft-Skills ausbauen. Die Lernkurve ist hier enorm groß, weil man viele Dinge einfach mal ausprobiert oder zum ersten Mal macht, ganz nach dem Motto learning by doing. Zudem hat man super viele motivierte Menschen und interessante Persönlichkeiten um sich herum, was spannend ist und auf der anderen Seite die Möglichkeit an Workshops und Schulungen teilzunehmen. Trotz der sehr unternehmerischen Ausrichtung ist aixsolution immer noch ein Verein, was man an den Freundschaften und den gemeinsamen Events spürt.
Deine Aufgabe bei aixsolution?
Ich bin Vorständin für Quality Management und Public Relations. Zwei sehr unterschiedliche Ressorts mit ihren eigenen Herausforderungen. Im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement übernehme ich die Verantwortung für das jährliche Audit. Zudem verantworte ich die Themen rund um die Traineephase, Schulungen und Wissensmanagement. Im Bereich Public Relations kümmere ich mich um die Außendarstellung von aixsolution von Social Media bis hin zu Merch. Ein großer Bestandteil liegt dabei auch in der Planung der Recruiting-Kampagne.
Wer bist du?
Hey, mein Name ist David Groß, ich bin 24 Jahre alt und komme ursprünglich aus dem sonnigen Weinanbaugebiet am Mittelrhein knapp südlich von Koblenz. Ich studiere Produktionstechnik im Master an der RWTH Aachen und in meiner Freizeit treibe ich gerne diverse Sportarten oder unternehme etwas mit meinen Freunden.
Was macht aixsolution für dich aus?
aixsolution kann ich für mich mit 3 Worten beschreiben: Freundschaft, Netzwerk und Erfahrung. Die Kombination unserer Vereinsstruktur, gepaart mit den herausfordernden und äußerst lehrreichen Projekten lässt diese, ja vielleicht kontrovers klingende Beschreibung, harmonieren. Aber das muss man einfach selbst erleben!
Deine Aufgaben bei aixsolution?
Ich bin Vorstand für Finance & Legal und Digital Solutions. Das heißt ich bin sowohl Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Themen rund um Finanzen und Recht und sorge dafür, dass der Verein dort zukunftssicher aufgestellt ist, als auch erweitere ich den Verein um den Bereich IT-Consulting, damit wir auch dort spannende, zukuntsweisende Projekte durchführen können.

Our resorts
Public Relations
The creative heads of aixsolution are in this department. Our main responsibility is to create a positive image and an appropriate media representation of the club. We ensure this on our social media channels facebook and Instagram as well as recently on LinkedIn. It is important that we always stay up to date, which can sometimes be quite difficult with so many active members who are everywhere. Whether it's competitions, company fairs, work meetings or socials, every day something happens at aixsolution - and the people from PR are always involved.
One of the biggest tasks for the department is to design a new attractive recruiting campaign at the beginning of each semester to attract new applicants and Berber women to our association.
Quality Management
The long-term goal of the department is to secure the future of the association. This includes the documentation of internal processes, knowledge management, member surveys, and our processes to continuously improve at all levels. When working on external customer projects, the Quality Management department comes into play in supervising the project teams as well as in the customer survey at the end of the project. Another major challenge is the preparation of the annual audit by our umbrella organization BDSU, the Association of German Student Consultancies, which takes place in September. During this audit, we are put through our paces by our umbrella organization and certified as a student consultancy. At the same time, the exchange with other student initiatives from all over Germany is promoted and we gain profound insights.
QM did a great job again this year and was able to deliver an excellent finish for aixsolution.
Digital Solutions
The main tasks of the Digital department consist not only of ensuring the functionality and security of the association's IT infrastructure, but digital content is also playing an increasingly important role in external project business. Impulses for our customer projects in the areas of digitization and Industry 4.0 are set significantly by this team.
Another goal in the newly started business year is the conception of IT workshops, which will be created on our own in order to teach advanced IT skills such as Visual Basic for Application. In the last semester, an Excel training could already be successfully carried out with the members of aixsolution.
Sales & Network
SN's main task is to represent aixsolution to company representatives and to acquire external projects.
The dedicated team is responsible for communicating the competencies and expertise of aixsolution at trade fairs and events. After the first contact with customers has been established, this relationship is constantly driven forward. In addition to project acquisition, SN establishes cooperations with renowned management consultancies, with which regular exchanges are held with our members in the context of workshops.
Human Resources
What would we do without our HR department? Probably the members would die out and the general mood in the club would be anything but lively.
But thanks to the great team at HR, this is fortunately not the case, and we are grateful for dedicated department members who are responsible above all for the interpersonal aspects within the association. Right now, HR is in its peak phase, because it is recruiting time again. Huge numbers of applications are being carefully sifted through, applicant days are being organized and carried out, and the onboarding of trainees is being planned. In addition to these tasks, however, two other key words are particularly close to HR's heart: cohesion and development. To ensure this, special events are held regularly, such as the annual club weekend, the summer party and Christmas party, or various other joint activities.
Finance & Legal
The members of aixsolution who always know a little bit more than everyone else - yes, that is the FL department. The dedicated team is responsible for any legal and financial issues. This means, for example, setting up DSGVO-compliant structures for internal association data. And this is exactly what we members have felt well in the last weeks. In addition to many additional forms, there was always a small comment regarding this conformity at every project presentation - but someone has to keep track of it all.
In the current fiscal year, FL plans to restructure financial management and implement a new management tool.
Due to the small size of the department, there are no defined areas of responsibility and most tasks are assigned directly.
Engagement
At aixsolution, students with the most diverse backgrounds are active. Through our club culture we create a familiar working atmosphere and mutually benefit from our individual strengths and the contents of the different courses of study.
Meetings
We meet every week on Tuesday to learn about the current status of projects and to discuss other important association topics. Here there is also the possibility to present current projects and to work in the department.
Socials
In addition to the club work, we organize numerous activities, such as an annual summer party, a cozy Christmas party or other socials and joint club trips.
Stammtisch
At the beginning of every month our aixsolution Stammtisch takes place in Aachen. Here you can get to know other club members on a personal level in a relaxed atmosphere.
